Tbf Moz's saurus hasn't arrived at his house for him to paint yet so a spare one or two would be handy!

There is also Slibi who hasn't been taken yet - that's a reasonable use for an excess Saurus

Fair enough.

I've cobbled together a skink from an old Warhammer musician. Took a bit of orthopaedic surgery but results are reasonable.

I think gold gold (Au) will look good with turquoise...

i've certainly gone with gold, rather than yellow on my skink, if that helps.

Mine dosn't have armour but I did paint his wrist bands gold.

I'm I right just to leave the base untouched then as per the OP?

yup, nippy removes any bases and replaces them with those he's pulled together

My model went off second class recorded yesterday. Fingers crossed to win the team now then (even though I've just painted up my undead for the tournament...)
