Are we banning people who have failed to submit in the past or having a minimum post requirement?
It can be frustrating to see people comit who then disappear

Hadn't thought that. I would hope that peer pressure would keep those committed to stay involved.
I'm not inclined to exclude anyone at this time* as excluding people is wrong
*of course should someone become a complete dick about it, then they can be excluded

Hopefully no-one will be excluded. Of the to date signups, the lowest post counts is joe - who I'd be surprised (knowing him irl) if he isn't first to submit. The failing to deliver in a prior year triggered a memory. I failed in 2015 and ruled myself out accordingly in 2016 (real life got in the way). The reason it triggered a memory? Innerdemon won, so I should've painted the missing line elf (who is still sitting on a shelf) and sent it to him along with my dwarf last year...

1) Please put me down for the last Vampire, #17. I would have been happier with a Thrall, but I could only find a suitable Vampire model in my collection (aka lead pile). So I accept the challenge.
2) I would be willing to chip in for that fancy dugout. Does it ship in time?
