Thanks for the interest everyone, however as I've been to slow to get NAF sanctioning and will probably not now get it due to the Essex tournament being geographically close and on the same weekend (which I wish them every success with BTW) and being already sanctioned Im taking the decision to cancel Crumb....

I would have liked to have held it on the 4th, however that suggestion was met with a lukewarm response (and some other difficulties that could have been overcome) due to it being a long weekend, I cannot be sure Id break even, a feeling many of you know I'm sure

Understand your reasons but it's a real shame. If you rethink or look to reschedule then I'm certainly still interested in a Glowworm run tournament

The only other viable date for me would be the 4th, which was my preferred date, however as you know its the issue of not covering the outlay, I can understand people not wanting to commit on Easter weekend due to other commitments.

me too! but in any case look forward to it being re-instated in 2016.

Run it as a non-NAF event then. I and some ARBBLers will still make it, as there's no chance we'll be able to make it to Essex.
And surely Swindon and Essex are far enough apart for the NAF?
