Chimera Cup in 2 weeks! A reminder to attendees, you'll need to bring the following with you -

Dice
Turn / Reroll Markers
A pitch and dug outs

All the teams and team sheets will be provided.

There are loads of places 1 minute away to buy food and the location has a bar for drinks.

Does anyone need a train station pick up?

Does anyone want a map of car parks? There are a number nearby. Just be mindful of Cheltenham's one way system, its a wee bit of a mare to the unsuspecting. There are 2 park and rides if anyone wants details.

Incom Gaming is in the 2 Pigs pub. It's off set from the High Street down an alley next to Specsavers.

Hi Wobert,

I should be arriving at 9.09am at Cheltenham Spa - a train station pick up would be excellent if possible.

Cheers,

Chris

Certificates are printed as well, winners can expect between £10 and £25 to spend at Incom Games.

So the winner can collect his/her vouchers, walk across the room, and spend it on goodies from the shelves! :D

Can I get in on the Landrover funbus, too?

Just looking at booking my train tickets. Can't see a start and finish time on here anywhere though?

You'll be stepping in as wood elfs and will face ceetee's Orcs.

A few people have asked when we start on Saturday. Arrive 9-9:30 and then game 1 kicks off at 9:30am.

All sorted and train booked. Think I’m landing the same time as Ceetee. Interested to see if my missus gets a bit suspicious when I leave the house to go and play toy soldiers for the day... without taking any toy soldiers with me!

Didn't see this anywhere, rules pack says...
Each round the coach selects 2 players and rolls to see what skill that player gets. Only stunty teams
may stack skill if they choose, all other teams must select someone who has not already had a new
skill added. If the coach rolls the same number on the chart twice, they may if they wish reroll the
2nd number, however they must then take the 2nd result.

Do I choose two players e.g. a Blitzer and a Catcher and roll for them at the same time - lets say I'm really unlucky and roll Bonehead on both can I then choose who re-rerolls OR should I choose one player and roll for result - he gets Bonehead, then roll for 2nd person and if he gets Bonehead I may re-roll it. I know I'm a pedant!

ps When it says "8. Choose any skill" - are there any restrictions on that e.g. could my Lineman get Ball and Chain or my Wardancer Regeneration?

No pedant away, it's fine.

The rules are meant to be that you reroll the skill for the second player who rolled the same number as the first. On reflection, lets keep it simple. If you roll the same number twice then you choose which one to reroll.

Good point on the 'choose any skill'. It is meant to mean any normal or double skill that player can receive. As much as I like the idea of a chainsaw elf, that's too silly even for me.
