The rulespack is hereby henceforth below. The rules are largely the same as last year, with a minor adjustment as detailed below. Also, goblins have taken over, zneaky gitz wot we are, hehe!

1,400TV. Players, skills, stat-ups and staff are bought from the same budget. Most skills are costed at normal TV rate with some exceptions. All teams are allowed, not just goblins! 30/13/3 for W/D/L, with bonus points available for TDs, Interceptions and Completions.

Resurrection.

11 players are not required before stars can be brought. i.e. you can have stars as part of your 11 man lineup.

There are no limits on stacking or spamming. There are some restrictions on stat ups, all of which can be found in the rulespack. Just read the rules!

All Spike magazines that have been released by the time the event starts will be permitted to be used, including and stars and inducements. Golden era stars may be taken.

If any new Spikes come out between now (21/09/2019) and the event, I will cast an eye over it to make sure it's not completely broken.

ADDITIONAL RULE
At the start of the tournament, each player will be given two cards: An Explodaball and a Chainsaw Ball. You can each card only once in the tournament. You play it just after kicking off (of just after your opponent kicks off), and for the rest of the drive the ball will have the effect described on the card.
