Neil in Bangladesh was good (long time wargamer before trying this venture) last time I visited for big jobs. Does small jobs too but only if there is capacity (he gets some amazingly big orders). Plus of course his real desire to open the factory - get all his minitures painted (after 5 years he says he is roughly half way through but has finished the 20mm WWII, now doing his Epic). http://reinforcementsbypost.com does stuff from $2 to $4 a GW fig I think.
