Blood Vall League

Hi there!

We are about to start the Blood Vall League, in Valladolid (Castilla y León, Spain), and everybody wanting to join us will be wellcomed. Previously known as EAU Bowl, this will be our third season.

So, why am I writting on an english post about this? Not only for promoting our legue but... are you a Blood Bowl loving erasmus and you're happy about your coming party-full year, but regretting that you won't be able to play your favourite game? Do you wish you had chosen the mucho more geek-crowded capital instead of a middle sized city?
Don't worry anymore about it!
In Valladolid we do also have a respectable Blood Bowl community, in which you will be more than wellcomed if you keep on reading.

In the coming days I will upload the rules of this glorious event, but first we have to know how many coaches and teams there will be. For now, we think the number will be between 13 and 23.

We are very lucky by having Asgard Shop on our side. They let us use their tables, and most of the games will be played there (Street Cárcel Corona 3).

The payment for the league will be of 7 euros, destinated to the prices for de winners. In addition, we are thinking about encouraging becoming NAF, an there may be the option of paying 7 euros more for being "federated".

The teams which took part on the last season will be admitted, aswell as those who took part on the tournaments "Blood Bowl for Dummies" and "Torneo Open 2012" from the last summer. Those acted as a preseason so that new teams could catch up with the older ones.
Nevertheless, there will be also recently created teams, and when we know the exact number of participants and their rosters, everything will be organized by Team Value in order to do it as equilibrated as possible.

We will try to play 1 match per team every 2 weeks, but we know from previous experience that it is not always possible to play all the matches on time. There is some space for enlarging this, but we trust on the coaches intention on trying to play the games on an appropiated time.
