League in Phoenix, Arizona

Post by ddancer »

Howdy folks,

We've got a long running group of Blood Bowlers, going on 10+ years. We're near the tail end of one of our tournaments and we're always looking for new players to fill up the ranks.

We're the Phoenix Blood Bowl League - based out of Game Depot, our favorite gaming store in Tempe.

If you'd like more info, please drop me a PM or check out our OBBLM site - http://pbbl.uhearttrollgate.com/

Thanks!

Our new season is set to kick off on October 1st, 2015 - the path to the Far Albion Cup! We're open to new players, of course - let me know if you're interested!

**edited to the correct month!**

I'm down in Tucson and likely couldn't make it for an actual league, but if you ever decide to put on a one day or two day event I might be able to make it up for that. Have fun guys!

We'll let you know. I don't think we've ever actually hosted a tournament - but with the new release hinted at, maybe we'll get our game store to help sponsor one. :)

You would definitely think that actually having merchandise to sell for the game would make the game more attractive to gaming stores for the purposes of hosting!

I think it's more along the lines of our people not having the gumption to do so. The store is all sorts of amiable to us hosting a tournament. :D

Maybe with the new release... I'll have to poll the gang. Heh.

Should I ever get out your way to see the Coyotes play I'll look you guys up for a game.

Currently an ex-Blood Bowl coach, most likely to be found dying to Armoured Skeletons in the frozen ruins of Felstad, or bleeding into the arena sands of Rome or burning rubber for Mars' entertainment.

I got to go to my first Coyote game last week. Got to sit in a suite, then got rink-side upgrades. :)
