Blood Bowl 7s

Does anyone have a set of league rules (ideally in Word or .txt) for Blood Bowl 7s that they'd be willing to share? Trying to get a 7s league going in my local store but finding a right pain in the 'arris to copy/paste from pdf, and my memory is so bad I can't even attempt to memory-type it!
Ideally based off the NAF rules but in a format I can adjust.
