Also, I noticed that the Spikey club open 2002, is dated 2003., which doesn't match the dates on the NAF site.
If you look at the matches recorded here https://member.thenaf.net/index.php?mod ... advanced=1 you will discover that they are indeed dated in 2003. Possibly a mistake when it was added to the database. Since this appears to be the very first tournament recorded it might have been added long after it was actually played. With mostly unstructured data like provided by hundreds of different people, there will be many errors like this. Now, the date thing should be quite easy to fix. A list with tournament and match date mismatches might be useful.

Thanks, very helpful!

Looking at: https://member.thenaf.net/index.php?mod ... view&id=25
There does seem to be a NAF record of tourney happening in 2002, so yes- should be easy to flag date of tourney and date of game mismatches.

I'm happy to update the database if there are mistakes.

Have been in discussions with kyrre about getting the data directly.

And it seems I'm a data analyst now, so am going to be doing some pretty groovy stuff with it, starting here in my lunch break:

Very nice.
2 suggestions:
1) In the coach view, add a "win percentage" calculation at the end of each race.
2) In the main view, add to the "years" filter the option to choose any "year and later" - so for example "2014+" gives the data for 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018.

Cheers
Martin

Will make it a "select multiple" option.

Sann, the data doesn't match the data on the NAF site (for me at least) - you're using numbers you pulled from the NAF a month or two ago, yes?

This is actually good news! Searching for bugs for one coach's match record is much easier than finding errors in 200,000 matches. Mind sharing your coach name, so that I can investigate?
