Would be a new BBRC useful?

Hi all,
After noting some kind of debate in this topic, I think to have a sense of how many people are in each side of the debate would be useful for further NAF officers considerations. No pressure for doing anything on this, just wondering if there is a real debate or just a handful of freaks shouting in the internet...

I guess here we could also have the non-NAF point of view. Would be a potential NAF-sanctioned BBRC perceived as "official"?
