Inspired by the discussion in the comments to the respective thenaf.net blog entry, I made a small Excel file. If you are curious how your NAF coach rating (CR) will change as you play another opponent of known CR at a regular or major tournament, or how often you have to win your local tournament to become world's best Ogre coach, you can use it to play around:
