Evening folks,
My local club is looking to host a new tournament later this year, but I'm struggling to fined my regional co-ordinator.
We are in Ipswich UK, East Anglia for those that aren't sure.

Hi Grimthorn

Try Pipey, followed by Hawca.

Good luck with the event! :)

Rodders is the man for that part of the world, pm him on here or on the NAF. The other chaps mentioned can help too.

Good man :) More is good.
I would advise checking the tourney calendar to make sure you don't clash with an already listed event. viewtopic.php?f=59&t=41739

I'll see Rodders at my wargames club tonight - I'll let him know you're trying to get hold of him.

Thanks folks, I've sent Rodders a PM on here and the Naf site.

Sorted, thanks for your help guys.
We'll go live with it later today as we have a few promotional items to sort out our end first.
I have got 1 other question though.
Non Naf members, is there a way they could sign up via the event, or can they only do it through the Naf site?

If you have a NAF rep in attendance they can sign them up in person.

Bit early to know if any are going to attend.
How much is current membership?

Seen this post from Joemanji, is it still viable?
"Hi,

Please follow these steps :

1) Collect subs of £5 per person (or set aside funds if you are including it in the ticket price).
2) If renewal of exisiting member then please take NAF name. If new joiner then please ask what NAF username they would like and an email address (very important).
3) Please send me these details. I'll let you know how to pass the money along, the easiest way being to send it via PayPal to NAFcash@gmail.com

Cheers
Joe"

That's pretty much how I handled the four new members signups for Bunker Bowl. I paid the cash to the NAF paypal account and listed the names of the people - and I also got details of the email addresses and usernames for the new guys. On the day, Mike Davies handed them their NAF joining gift - that bit might be tricky if a NAF rep doesn't attend.

Well if that's the case they would have to wait for their stuff.

Hey Sann, are there plans to update the RCs section of the NAF?

Yeah, neither the forum post or the list on the site are 100% up-to-date. When Mike's back in town, we should maybe delete the forum post and replace it with a link to the site so there are fewer things to update each time.
