Is this still available for TOs to use? Thinking ahead about obstacles for BB tournaments in the coming months a way of reporting results with minimal contact seems highly desirable right now.

not really. We have decided to stop support for the automated part. First of all, it costs money to have the database server space, second of all, the experience of the last tournaments showed that it is too touchy without on-site-support. One small mistake can lead to a melt-dowm in the entire setup.

An alternative method for result submission is to use a simple web page with a form which sends an automated email to the TO. Arioso did this for the German Team Bowl 2018
