I was having problems yesterday that everytime I moved to a different part of the forum, it would log me out. I tried to email JohnnyP about it, but the email was returned "Undelivered" this morning.

Currently an ex-Blood Bowl coach, most likely to be found dying to Armoured Skeletons in the frozen ruins of Felstad, or bleeding into the arena sands of Rome or burning rubber for Mars' entertainment.

I can go back as sean said, but then all the topics and forums are marked read. :-? Makes me actually have to put effort into reading the dates and times.

I gave up on TBB for a while due to all the problems, I have now got it to the point where all I have to do is refresh each time I view a page to get rid of an error message and cope with all the forums being marked unread.

[smug mode]My forum doesn't have these problems[/smug]

what "error" are you getting?

if your competer has problems with phpbb, i'd say that's more a function on the USER side than an issue with the forum itself.

Johnny has modded the phpbb (and doesn't apply all the patches IIRC) so it could be problems.

That said I'm had no problems with IE 5.5 or 6.0 on windows machines. It could be related to your security settings too (cookies etc).

It is a fairly old version of phpbb2. I've worked through some of the issues on both the work and home machines that I use and I now have TBB in a usable state. It's not really recommended for a board to ignore the phpBB updates even if they do come quite thick and fast at times.
