Little help needed - user locked out

It's Virral here. Yesterday I though I would do the right thing and change my email address on my profile (i've moved jobs and therefore emails). As soon as I did it, I was locked out of the system and told it would need to be reactivated (or I would get an email, something along those lines).

So, I waited, and waited a bit longer. I started getting "someone has responded to a post you made" emails, so I knew the address was right and that I was getting emails from TBB, but I never got any kind of reactivation email.

And when I tried to log back in, it wouldn't let me, and just told me to contact the system administrator... which I couldn't do while locked out :/

So I've created a new account and logged back in to make this post, but I'm really hoping my old account can be reactivated.
