not sure how big it needs to be

though if you google there are websites that resize pics and let you download the new sized file

Open the image in Paint and use the "Image", "Stretch/Skew" to resize the image by percents until you get it down to 80 x 80 pixels.... Save as jpeg/gif and rehost it....
