Is this a question? If so, then yes. :)
There's room for over 200.
Sorry my English is bad haha due to me being dyslexic I was mean to say "is there still space available at this year Naf champs?"

Fixed that for ya Phil

Paid BTW

Also, rules query.... is the "illegal procedure" rule being used, it doesn't state in the rules pack that is not as far as i can see....... ?

(I think the NAFC is the only tournament i saw someone called for it once, IIRc Lunchmoney had to enforce it)

I think you have that mixed with a Pass Action I had to rule on*. Dont recall ruling on IP any time (though I know someone did before my time).

*player picks up ball for a very obvious Pass Action, to pass and score (either to tie or win the match I cant recall which). Opponent says he cant make the pass as no action was declared. Dick move, rule accurate but not in the spirit of the game.

Controversy! :o

What was the call and how badly did the pass inevitably fail, if it was permitted?

Ruled with the rules, no action declared, no pass allowed. It was a duck move but it was in the rules.

I had to call on IP at WHW, because GW never (at least in early days, may have changed later?) never said whether it was or wasn't in effect in their rules pack, so it was down to players to agree (or not) beforehand.

I have a question for the TO; if I want to use 4 minute turns, for myself and my opponent, can they disagree?

Is that because of the speed that you normally play at, that in a game you take a total of 16 minutes for all your turns leaving your opponent over 2 hours for his/her turns :D

Thanks for the payments guys!

We will not be using the illegal procedure rule. And regarding turn times, we will leave it to you and your opponent to agree on something if that's something you would like; until a ref thinks you might not finish the game in time and at that point we will ask you to use a chess clock (as in previous years).

Cheers!
Jim
