Phoned up during day on the number linked - only issue I had was apparently that reference number was for 2019 but they were able to find this years from that. everything else went smoothly

Said this over on Facebook too, but if you're having hotel problems, try calling Mon-Fri 9-5. I tried a couple of times on a weekend and it was a nightmare, they couldn't find the codes or make the reservation. Called in the week and got put through to a specialist team (apparently) who sorted it straight away, but they only work normal office hours.

Just booked room, sadly no more reserved price rooms availiable so had to pay full price. Not many rooms left that weekend so would advise booking asap

This happened to me last year and the lovely woman on the phone just took a room from the non-reserved pool and did that discount price anyway, so they can do it - maybe call back and try another person if they aren't playing ball!

Hi Guys - the venue have unfortunately sold out of our rooms for the Friday night. I have spoken to our event manager and they have said it is possible to open up some rooms at their sister hotel, the De Vere Jubilee hotel a couple of miles away (just north east of the campus), hopefully at the same discounted rate. If you are interested in this; please drop me a message and I will try and arrange this.

Alternatively there is a Travelodge a little bit closer to the west of the campus that has rooms available for both nights.

We still have 20 or so rooms available at the venue hotel for Saturday night, so if you would like to stay at the lovely De Vere Orchard Hotel in-between the days of Blood Bowl get on it!
