Cheers, I think I will need it! My starting roster is:
2 Trolls
1 Skaven Thrower (allie)
11 Goblins (1 with Bombs, 1 with Chainsaw)
2RR's
7FF
Job done
The general idea is to lob some Goblins downfield with the Trolls, bash people around a bit with Bombs and Chainsaw and then if I get the opportunity, fuzz the ball downfield to a waiting Gobbo with the Skaven thrower allie.
Failing that I'll just run a round a lot

You have a plan?
PS I'd have gone for the gutter runner ally myself, but then I don't approve of allies, so what do I know...

Ok I'm curious, why the GR and not the Thrower?
We don't allow allies as such in the NBBL itself but the BBQ Bowl (which I'm playing this team in) is more relaxed so you can try things out.
*shameless plug* You can checkout the BBQ Bowl at

aside from the extra 2 movement and the AG4 you mean?
statistically, an AG 3 player with sure hands and pass has the same odds of picking up and throwing the ball (using skill I mean) as an AG4 player..
they both fail 16.66% of the time..
so in that case, it boils down to movement for me... plus the dodge skill...
S3 v S2 is important, but unless you're going to use him as a blitzer, I wouldn't bother...
Well worth the extra 20K I think...
