OK,
I sent a dark elf team to a painter called Emily Hope in Telford UK. The miniatures were sent over a year ago along with half the money. I have some contact from her mainly telling me how ill she is and unable to complete the team. I have in the last two weeks sent an email saying that if I do not see some pictures or a return of the team I will take further action.
The thing is other than driving down there and getting things sorted myself I'm not sure who to go to and start some sort of legal action.
Does anyone know?

I assume you do not have a phone number?
For legal action you want the county court. Very simple and you can do it online.

TOs! You do not need multiple copies of rosters. It's a waste of paper.
Bribe level: good coffee.

Re: Advice needed
My boss has taken started using these guys to try and get some money on clients he has given up on......3 or more years of excuses and bouncy cheques. Within a week of hiring the debt collectors the clients have suddenly been in touch trying to pay! They must be good lol.voyagers_uk wrote:Yeah, watch an episode of "Can't pay we'll take it away"

If Telford was near to me, I'd knock on the door for you. Go the County Court route as you can only be patient and nice for a certain period.
