+1 for curry (although I'd choose mughli over mowgli)

+1 for placing players in opposing half.

Mughli is cracking. Not tried Mowgli but I know Adam enjoyed it recently. As ever, we can see who's keen, and which location suits our needs best.

I'm not sure if i'll be able to stick around long enough for a curry (family, children, reasons etc) but if I can I'll be there.

My own thoughts on High Kick are that the rule should state which team gets to move a player under which ball. For the sake of clarity, the easiest way to do this would be to say that you can only move a player under the ball that your opponent kicked, provided that the square is empty, regardless of where it is on the field.

This would avoid any confusion over which team gets to move a player under which ball and also avoids a player doing an up-and-under and catching their own kick 4 squares out of the opposing end zone then running it in for an immediate touchdown. Not that something like that would ever happen *cough* Alex *cough cough* ;)

See y'all next weekend!

Just heard from Tim at Element Games. The centre is open from 8:30 until late on Saturday so we have a bit more breathing space game wise.

Let's keep 10 as the starting time & make a leisurely start to the weekend.
