NAF StreetBowl 7s

Post by Bakunin »

Am I right in reading that you dont need to buy 7players on your roster?

And this was done so Ogre's still could field 4 Ogre's and 2 snotlings for 600k?

You do need to buy 7. If it's missed then that could be an oversight

The StreetBowl and dungeonbowl rules are worded differently.

That's not intentional

You should not be able to get 4 Ogres ... in Street Bowl you are only supposed to be able to get half the number from the normal roster rounded up. (so that would be 3 Ogres max (6 divided by 2)).

That's not how Sevens/Street rosters work anymore, Tom. You still can't afford 3 ogres, though, as Steve said. 7 player minimum, even if that's missing from the document.

4 ogres! You had better take 3, though. :)

Utter bollocks. I tried this with my new 2016 range ruler, and snapped it. You guys owe me a new ruler, dammit!

I know you're joking, but you're welcome to mine, it's impractical to say the least :)

Well yes, it was primarily a joke (much like the new range ruler). But also, a call-out that this specific rule might need to be revisited/re-phrased at some point in the future.

It's a good call. Probably need a 2017+ revision before too long. :?:
