Agreed, the lucky ABAO dice HungDonkeyman gave me in game one had run out of steam by game three!

Was I remembering your roster correctly; Skitter and Dribblesnot?
Yup - that's what I had

I think the point that Jip is trying to make is that you were only allowed one star and not two in the rule set. . . . . . .

Haha this is amazing, i can see the headlines now...

Dragon Slayers are cheated from their prize

I blame the opponent's :orc: seriously though isn't there something in the rules about underhand tactics, i think the Twelfman is a bit of an expert on this topic lol

Ugh - hadn't seen that. Think I saw star players were available and didn't absorb the rest of the sentence.

I guess sneaking goblin and Skaven players onto the pitch is fluffy at least!

Aspiring to improve on mid-table mediocrity, over in the SAWBBL.

Fancy an actual one-dayer? Check out The Coffee Cup.

Looking at attending your first tournament? Have a read of this.

@Jip, did you play 20P?? If so, did you check his roster? did any of his opponents? its down to them to ensure the roster is correct, I have never checked rosters at my tournaments.
If you did then great.......
if you didn't shame on you for not doing so.......
I see no issue with the results as they are.

I thought Frank was checking them? I don't care particularly, but that was the impression?

1. Coach could have spotted it on roster creation
2. TO could have spotted it on receiving roster
3. Roster-checkers could have spotted it on the day
4. Opponents could have spotted it before the games

No one person to blame, accidents happen. Far too late to do anything about it now IMO, so no use worrying about it.

He and ddark were, but I have no idea if they did all of them. When rosters were waved at me I told everyone to check rosters when they sit down for round 1.

Overall.... What Twelf said.

TOs! You do not need multiple copies of rosters. It's a waste of paper.

If you cannot stall out for an 8 turn drive to score with dwarves then you need to go and play canasta with your dad..if you can find him.

I challenge anyone to check over 50 rosters in the time we had (about 30 minutes). We did a random selection, mainly the hand written ones, several of which were not quite right, as best we could). Glow did tell you all to check your opponents rosters, after all. 20p is really the one who lost out I think, as he's won a tourney but then found his roster isn't right. That sucks so much already I think taking the trophy away from him would be too brutal. Besides it's Glow's call, but I do feel for Darkson a bit, sorry Si. Perhaps the NAF could send him a NAF trophy too? Please Mike?

Nah. He wouldn't want it. Simon's right, it should serve as a reminder for people to check opponents' rosters! But it's all water under the bridge now :)

I think the responsibility lies on the player, putting pressure on players to get into it with an opponent before the game even starts could get a little weird. What if the person is, God forbid, a Woman :o Imagine trying to tell one of them that they have done something wrong lol
