Are there currrently any rules kicking around for buying experienced players. There are 2 possibilites I've seen/heard of, but I can't find rules or thread for either.
1) Buying SPP's/skills for players on recruitment.
2) Buying players from retired teams.
I'm not after transfer rules as I've seen the thread for that.

I dont htink there are established rules about that.
We have player market on our league if some coaches want to sell their players:
-As Commish i fix the price minimum of the player.
-If this is one of my player, then a ref (like Trambi) will fix my minimum.
-A player can be sell only one per season.
So, this is a commish affair and organisation
