Assisting when failing bonehead/RS/hypnotic gaze

I think a new ruling for assisting would be implemented. (Great idea when LRB 3.0 just came out.
)
This is to make the negatrait more realistic and/or logical. The rule for assisting should be (IMO):
A player can assist a block when the opponent beeing blocked stands in the assisting players tackle zone and the assisting player does not stand in another opposing players tackle zone.
This would rule out any BH/RS/HGazed player.
Anyone got any thoughts about this?
