Stunty For Glory!

As I have been thinking about Goblins for my next league team ‘Tangled Up in Green’. The issue of Fame and FF had been a big sticking point for me.
Now obviously they should be disadvantaged on the pitch but why with the fans as well?
The current method of working out FF really hinders teams that don’t win often and at the end of the day that’s not want the stunty teams are about. Even if you ‘role play’ it it doesn’t make sense. You just know that a Halfling team that manages to survive will get loads of fans regardless of is they actually win a game!
So with that in mind I was discussing either of these rules to help out the Stunties and also bring some small amount of ‘realism’ into FF/Fame.
Idea 1 : Stunty teams get +1FAME for the match. Reason – As the natural underdog – the neutrals will support them.
Idea 2 : Stunty teams can improve their FF even if they lose. Reason – Even surviving a game will win them fans.
So that’s a couple of very small ideas to help the stunty teams. There not drastic and they don’t beef them up on the pitch but they do help them become a little bit easier to play longer term.
What do people reckon? Any advice welcome as need to convince my league commissionaire.
