i have a house rule that you can assist a foul in a tackle zone if you have dirty player.

Is that instead of +2/+2 to the foul?
If you are playing IGMEOY then you don't really need to change DP at all. The reduced amount of fouling - and increased chances of getting sent off - mean that DP's no longer dominate the game, but I don't think they need a further boost.
