Are there any widely excepted rule for creating a Star Player? I’ve found this set but I was wondering if they were still used, or if there another set.

I don't know how you're going to find widely accepted rules for creating Star Players, when it isn't widely accepted to be able to create your own Star Players. Except via the normal method of earning the Star Player points.

That’s a fair point, I know some NAF events have there own home brew star players. I was wondering if there was a forum that many people would expect in tho situation.
