2e Soaren Hightower Throwing Skill question :D

Just flicking through my old Star Players book and I noticed one thing that always intrigued me...

Soaren Hightower, the #2 thrower for the Elfheim Eagles had the following TS (Throwing Skill): +3*

Now.. does anyone know what the * actually meant next to his TS?

Back in the 'old days' I remember asking a friend about it and he replied about the 'telepathic link' between Hightower and the catcher Highelm Lyrpadre and that the +3 became a +4 when Hightower passed to Lyrpadre

So anyone got any info on what it meant.. Or am I clutching at straws here... Very, very old... and dusty straws?

Yes, I remember that asterisk too. Also tried to find (back then) if it really meant anything, but found nothing. I'd say it's just a typo from whoever it is that typed those cards back then. Or it could be even an inside joke in GW... Who knows!

I also tried too find out what this meant, and alas no luck either.
