Ok, I admit, I misunderstood the question
, so add another one to the "yes" vote, but they would still be no subsitute for checking each others rosters (and if you won't let me then game over, buster).

Currently an ex-Blood Bowl coach, most likely to be found dying to Armoured Skeletons in the frozen ruins of Felstad, or bleeding into the arena sands of Rome or burning rubber for Mars' entertainment.

About Torg's suggested colours, looks pretty good to me. Though I don't know if Kickers should have their own colour as they don't have that much impact on the game after the kick-off. Also, what if Catcher gets the Kick skill? Yellow ring with blue dots in it?

I agree that making them a compulsory rule is bad, but there should be a standard guide.
And I maintain that it should stick to the colours from the old 2nd ed. No additionals are necessary.
Dwarf Runners: Can take passing skills - White rings
Gutter Runners: Dammit they're CATCHERS, no matter what they're called. - Yellow rings.
Trollslayers and Witch elves: Tricky. I'd use red. Dwarf teams of old had four blitzers, and the figs should be distinguishable in both cases.

Kicker position is refering to the experimental kicking rules by Chet and used in MBBL to playtest. So kicker means more than just someone with kick skill. Also the kick skill is only available to kickers, so catcher could only get it on a double (why waste a double on that). You shoulc check out Galak's website and read the experimental kicking rules.norev wrote:Ditto.Pariah wrote:I thought this was about making them an official tourney rule!
