I believe there is another one that outright forbids the use of secret weapons, along with fouling.

Okay, Galak has said that we cannot reference other teams or discuss overall team balance in my thread because we all know that overall team balance is not what we are discussing here...so please do not bring up any other teams, situations or rules that do not directly pertain to Nurgle Chainsaws.
