The mutations i think are second rate are:
Extra Arms
Two Heads
Thickskull *
Prehensile tail *
The last 2 are special because several players get them, i dont have a problem with that. However i think they are definately not skills i would give on doubles. For that matter i cant see giving Spikes to anyone on a Chaos team, only on a skaven team.
