I would suggest the snotlings would be able to entice a troll onto their team - maybe be allowed to have 2. I don't think Orcs would join a snotling team as this would be below them - they wont even join a goblin team for this same reason. Goblins would probably join a snotling team, just for the sheer joy of seeing the little(er) guys getting squashed. A snotling team should be totaly useless, with game plays based more on hope and alot of luck than any real strengths.

I don't think any new team would justify making serious changes to the rules.... and that includes the number of players on the pitch...
I like the ideia of having snotlings... perhaps making it more powerfull we can let ogres go and have a fair all-snotling team....
Making Titchy something more like.... well, only one range increase... and dodges +2 looks right (or no dodge at all, they are so small, after all)... and... well, they are so small that you really can miss the block alltogether!! or perhaps they are so small that they never fall unless hurt...
About a all-Ogre team... well, I won't like to see a team with less than 11 players on the pitch by the rules, but, on the other hand, I don't mind a team wich cann't get the 11 players....
Perhaps having some strategic desvantage will make it a fair team... like not having re-rolls!!... if they cann't work with another smarter race directing, will they work along alone?!....
I don't know if this is enought, but...
