Can you only use Pro and Leader during your own team turn or any time?

What about Hypnotic Gaze? As the pass block answer is currently worded, it is not eliminated, but the description for HG says after declaring an action...

HGaze I'll admit I'm not sure of ... Pro and Leader I'm definitely sure you can use during Pass Block (along with using a team re-roll).

Clarify with both Throw Team-Mate and Pass Block which skills can be used in conjuction with them.
BBRC response: Throw Team-Mate can only have Pass, Pro, or Leader used with it. Pass Block may use any skill other than Sprint, Sure Feet, and Jump Up (ie you must be standing already to use Pass Block and since you cannot GFI during a Pass Block, you cannot use Sprint or Sure Feet)

I do understand, but tell me this Galak, how hard is it for the BBRC to write the above emphasised line on their Rules Review page? As Zombie said, show the page to a rookie, and I'll guarantee you they will try and GFI.

As I understand the point of this thread, what everyone's trying to say is, the BBRC can (maybe) at least clean up the wordage of the answer, or hell, just bloody say what's emphasised above.

The problem is always trying to use economy of words ... I'll mention this to Andy and co. and see if it can get refined.

You cannot .... sorry Pariah ... lack of sleep ... you can only use Pro during your opponent's turn.

"Go for it" isnt a skill. GFI can only be used in accordance with previous quote from LRB. They should have omitted everything about not being able to use Sprint and Sure Feet because they would never come into play because you cannot GFI on pass block.

This is the 2d worst rule in blood bowl, almost as bad as IGMEOY. We don't use either rule in our leagues.

If a player has a skill, he's allowed to us it. So yes, Pass Block, sure feet, go for it are all allowed on a player's move.

Sorry Buster, you didn't understand the topic. Sure you can use GFIs and Sure Feet during your players move. You can also use Pass Block if circumstances warrant it during your opoponents move.

The topic is about Pass Block being 3 squares no matter what. MV2, Pass Block still allows you to move 3 squares. GFIs aren't allowed for Pass Block so the mention of Sprint and Sure Feet not being allowed to be used is so redundant as to be useless. Why bother even mentioning it. All it will do is give coaches the idea that GFIs are implied to be alright which no one has even considered to be, remotely, within the rules.

I hope that nobody is using HGaze on a passblock.
AFAIK, gaze can only be used as part of an action, and a pass block definately isn't an action - (thats why you can't use jump up on it).
