Looking for BB gamers from Central US

It seems the majority of people on this site are from Europe. Are there many, or any players from the central, south central US on here or was I just born on the wrong side of the pond?
Looking for gamers, tournaments within reasonable proximity. It is rather difficult to travel to UK for tournaments.

Yep I'm from Iowa. Right on the Mississippi. I can smell those stinkin Illinoids from my house!
Not fer nuttin but IA just defeated Ill for the umpteenth time at our annual Tug Fest!
(yes, we are hillibillies that play tug of war across a river)

Maybe not...I don't see radar as a GWAR fan....

Yeah, we get that alot. Iowa is full of corn and simpletons like Radar. Actually, Ottumwa (Radar's home town) is very close to Davenport. Even in that small town the simple farmer types are rare. I live in a city (a small city) that is part of a larger metropolitan area...(a small metro area).
There are hillbillies around here but they are less like radar and more like preppy jock types. Ya know the kind...lord of the universe in high school/football camp. After graduation Daddy gets them on a John Deere.
