2e Soaren Hightower Throwing Skill question :D

Just flicking through my old Star Players book and I noticed one thing that always intrigued me...

Soaren Hightower, the #2 thrower for the Elfheim Eagles had the following TS (Throwing Skill): +3*

Now.. does anyone know what the * actually meant next to his TS?

Back in the 'old days' I remember asking a friend about it and he replied about the 'telepathic link' between Hightower and the catcher Highelm Lyrpadre and that the +3 became a +4 when Hightower passed to Lyrpadre :)

So anyone got any info on what it meant.. Or am I clutching at straws here... Very, very old... and dusty straws? :D

I have no clue. But I'd like to know where you got that wicked troll animation for your avatar.

And to keep my post on topic, um, I'll have a read of my old books to see if I can find the *

Very cool stuff. I wondered where they came from. Now, though, I suspect everyone will have them. The Nurglings may pass for Snotlings, though...

Yes, I remember that asterisk too. Also tried to find (back then) if it really meant anything, but found nothing. I'd say it's just a typo from whoever it is that typed those cards back then. Or it could be even an inside joke in GW... Who knows!

Damn right he was the second thrower in our magnificent Elfheim Eagle team, LONG LIVE THE GREAT VALEN SWIFT.

I also tried too find out what this meant, and alas no luck either.
