Talk Fantasy Football

Me and a few mates (4 or 5) have recently been sucked back into playing Blood Bowl, we will all be back in the North London area, from Uni (we r all 20/21) for the next month or so.

Does anyone know any small tournaments or leagues going on over Christmas in the London or even a group of Blood Bowl players willing to have a few extra opponents for a while?

The next torni' that is on is the Bloob Bowl in March at GW HQ, but its totally sold out (or are they putting 50 more tickets on sale?).
After that it the Bearded'Snot torni ( run by me and tashton ) in the NW.

The ECBBL meet in North London (Camden), although we may be moving to West London in the new year.

We've had quite the influx in new players recently. We'll probably be sticking to our 2 league format. 1 League set fixtures and tournament format, 1 league for pickup games and random play.

Most of us live in the Muswell Hill/Wood Green area, so that's not to far from Camden, which has the extra attraction of some good pubs/clubs.

Where abouts in West London, might you be moving to in the New Year?

I might be able to persuade them to come along, would we have to let u know inadvance or would we be able to get a game most tuesdays?

Show up on a Tuesday, meet the lads, get a game in. We'll add you to the mailing list (if we don't think you're complete tossers ) so you can organise your matches each week. In all fairness we have so many players in the open league at the moment it's easier just to rock up with a board and a team and play first-come first-served.

We have a lot of new players this season. We'll be changing the format around after we move venues and possibly integrating more closely with Tanelorn WGC (our "sister" Wargames Club) which may involve opening up Sunday afternoon matches as well as the regular Tuesday night. We're still unsure where we'll be as it depends on where Andy "The Guv'nor" gets his new pub.

Dude, you'll have to let me know where you move too then. I'm assuming still in London of course. Also the Kensington GW seem to have quite a few BloodBowlers so hoping to find out more shortly.

Kensington'd be lot more accessible for us Wodell boys.

Oh yeah! Now that would so suit me... At least at the moment anyway. Much easier to get to and closer to the office and on the way home afterwards
