Where do i get The Blood Bowl Annual 2002 ?

Well, are you looking for a hardback copy, or a file you can print yourself? If the latter,

if the former, I'd suggest you wait until the 2003 version comes out.
I would guess it will take a bit of time, and I haven't seen a release date yet. I'd hoped that the 2003 review would be incorperated into the new release of the game, but no such luck. GW US is still advertising the 2002 annual, and they are apparently 3 months ahead of the game with Nurgle's Rotters. Maybe someone better informed can help you out, though...
