All rules changes inRED FONT

Of course, someone will soon come along with a list of things that have changed from 1.2 to 2 and aren't in red, but it's a start.

I thought the red font a little strange, at first I though the LRB 1.3 changes might still be in blue but these are all printed in Black now. As this is the case why not continue to print the changes in blue?

Of course it does not really matter and us orc coaches like red
