Chaos Spawn and Frogs for the new "Chosen" team?

Along with the new Chaos Chosen team, GW have a deck of cards for stat references. It seems that the Chaos team has some new additions.
From the pre-order entry:
This is a pack of 44 handy reference cards for a Chaos Chosen Blood Bowl team, along with blank cards allowing every coach to create their own players! Contained in the pack:
- Reference cards for Beastman Runner, Chosen Blocker, Minotaur, Chaos Spawn, and Frog;
- Reference cards for the following Star Players: Lord Borak the Despoiler, Grashnak Blackhoof, Lewdgrip Whiparm, Max Spleenripper, Bilerot Vomitflesh, Withergrasp Doubledrool, Scyla Anfingrimm, Gobbler Grimlich, Morg 'n' Thorg, Guffle Pusmaw;
So- Chaos Spawn and some kind of Chaos Frog will be normal players! Do we have any idea what these players might be?

There's a special play card that can turn a player into a spawn and the wizard turns a player into a frog.
We thought it'd be more fun to include cards for them rather than an extra two blank Beastman runner cards.

Can you turn a player into Chaos Frogspawn though?

You could turn a Spawn into a frog, but a frog is unlikely to annoy the God's enough to become a Spawn mid game, though it could happen.
I'm hoping to hear of it happening.
