Use your own reasons and wording I use mine:
"Hello, it would be very convenient if coming Blood Bowl errata will be text and not image inside pdf. Many coaches are reading erratas middle of the game and search-functionality would be more than nice. Thanks."
[EDIT] This is fixed on Nov 2022 errata. [/EDIT]
