Are GW going to go through all the teams and bring new ones out? Any pics of the upcoming HE's?

Yes eventually they will be remaking all the teams, the new elf team isn't high elves its a brand new 4th elf team, rules will be in bbmag8ish when the models are released in july.

they look so much better the wood elves. Im ean wat are they doing in those tights performing shakspear. They dont even have ANY SHOES
