Anyone play Blood Bowl at a 2003 GT?

Has anyone here played Blood Bowl during the Specialist Games portion of a US/Canada Grand Tournament this year? If so, what were the rules like? Did they allow Star Players? Are the rules just like the Blood Bowl tournament in the UK?

Yes, at the Baltimore GT. The guy in charge of our rules was very nice, but only found out he would be running Blood Bowl 30 minutes before the tournament started. Everyone from my league assumed it would be no star players, and gaining one skill after each game. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a three game mini-league. My advice is to try and nail them down on the rules, and don't get caught unawares. If you have to, make up multiple rosters to deal with contenginces.
