Norse in Oxford

Post by Norse »

Hi guys..

I'm in Oxford this week and keen to play some BB (to escape corporate entertainment!)... if anyone lives locally and fancies a game on Wednesday night, please e-mail me at mcphersonrgc@hotmail.com...

You'll need a pitch and 2 teams, but I'm sure my company credit card could buy you a drink as recompense... ;-)

Dude,

PM Marcus. Wednesday night they've got the club night with ECBBL but it shouldn't be that hard to get down that way to visit them. Bout 30 minutes by train supposedly.

Hi

The ECBBL night is Tuesday's rather than Wednesdays. If you don't mind the trip into London though there will be plenty of players and teams there tomorrow night. A lot of league games going on but I'm sure we can fit in a friendly or two. You can even try your hand at Beach Blood Bowl!

There are fairly fast trains from Oxford - they take about an hour - into Paddington, then its probably another 20 mins to get to ECBBL.

If you want directions PM me.

Speaking of - I'm going to be in Seattle on a business trip in two weeks. I don't know how much time I'll have, but are there any groups that are active in the city?
