A stupid Annual question

Can someone answer these questions:

1.)Is the Annual just a reprint of the BB Mag articles from the past year?

2.)Are there changes made to the articles? and can you get the changes online or someplace else?

3.) If there are changes and you can only get them from the Annual- THEN WHY THE HELL EVEN BOTHER WITH BUYING THE FRICKIN' MAG?

1) No, the annual is a yearly update of the offical rules put out by the BRRC.

2) Yes, there are changes made to articles, teams and rules interpretations. The Living Rulebook can be downloaded off of the GW website for free.

3) The mag gives you some fluff and experimental rules. It's usually the first look at a new team, which sparks off a few weeks' worth of debate on this site. :) Since I see you live in the U.S. it might not be a worthwhile purchase, as GW is notorious for shipping problems here.

I do not have read the annual so far, but as far as I can recall from the conversation around here:

1: it includes BBMag articles plus the changes from LRB 1.3 to 2.0 plus the Q&A sheet of the BBRC (so, the last two you can just download from www.bloodbowl.com)

2: most experimental rules articles have been revisited (but still have some errors due to bad editing), changes can be traced from threads at this board. Other, like team roster etc. see Galaks site www.midgardbb.com

3: good question! collectors urge, masochism, you got some colour shots from painted BB minis and not all articles make it into the annual

one more reason: officially you have all and the most up-to-date rules, including all experimental rules that could someday make it into the LRB, when you have the latest Handbook plus Annual.
So you can slap people during BB discussions...
