I have up-dated Milo's TeamTracker
First of all I want to say that I respect the work of Milo Sharp & Michael Burkard and have no intention to damage their copyright or earn merrits out of their hard work.
Approximately half a year ago I asked Milo if there is an up-dated (that means LRB ruleset) version of his Teamtracker planned, as it's an awesome programm and IMHO the best one around. The last official version is v. 2.52, uses the 3rd ed. ruleset and is largely write protected to prevent changes. He answered me that they stopped working on it but that he has submitted a version which is not write protected to the NAF staff (so that people could up-date it ). I posted a question about it's whereabouts at the NAF-website but received no answer (?).
Anyway, I decided to up-date it for my personal use. As it is not very difficult to disable the write protection I was able to make the desired changes.
I haven't uploaded or distributed this version bc I want to get feedback/permission for it first. I do not want to make or get any trouble, nor bear ill mind with this.
In the current state write protection is enabled again (after I made the changes), the pop-up windows declaring the copyright of Milo & Michael and the declaration that you must own a copy of the BB board game are unchanged, too. My name does not appear in any form and I do not claim copyrights for this.
The TeamTracker is just like version 2.52, except the following changes:
Updated all Team-Rosters, player positions and their skills to LRB 2.0
Halved the price of all Star Players, so Team Rating is calculated the right way when you freeboot them
Included Thrud the Barbarian and Ramtut III
Included the Team-Rosters of Nurgle's Rotters, Khemri, Necromantic, Chaos Pact and Old World as found in the BB Annual 2003 (sorry no place left for Vampire and Lustrian Pact, but Vampire team players are included in the player list)
Changed cost of wizards to 50K
Player numbers are editable now (Sometimes I use American Football numbers for my players and sticking to 1-16 was preventing this)
As you see, except the price for wizards and the editable numbers there are no changes that you couldn't have done without disabling the write protection anyway.
Permission to distribute? Any interest to receive?

I had done this as well... but was afraid to go public with it...
Anyways, I now use the Team Creator that Ronald Lokers made, now that you can load and edit existing teams with it. Also the HTM file it makes is about 8k compared with 20-30 for Milo's.
The only thing missing from Ronalds is the Game report section and Graveyard, but if you are in a league then you don't really need those.
Did you ever figure out how to alter the HTML file it produces Narkotic? That was one thing I couldn't get to work the way I wanted.

No, not really. I have not the ability to tinker around with sophisticated excel sheets. It was only typework - I just did something everone could have done: added the new teams to the custom team section and updated the position slots and stats. So nothing special, just for overall convenienceTiMuN wrote:nice work narkotic .. your name should be in the credits thou.
