2ed player names?

I have already received the player names for the Darkside Cowboys and the Elfheim Eagles from here, and can get the Reikland Reavers, Champions of Death, Chaos All-Stars, Undeworld Creepers and the Dwarf Giants from the MBBL website, but could somebody please give me the Gouged Eye's player names so I have a full set?

On a second note does anyone know where I can get a copy of the old 2ed Star Player book and the Companion ( I think that is what it was called, the red one

).
