Got this guy finished last night... We're planning to use the 'wandering Thrud' rules for two of the league players who don't make the play-offs (we'll also be doing Squigball as well) as I enjoyed using those rules so much in my fifth THRUDBALL game.

I'll also be using him as a beserker for my upcoming Norse team. I have another that I'm going to pose a little differently. The next one will also not have a helmet and feature new added BEARD (TM)

It's a Heresy Miniatures 'Boris' miniature. I had to snip the axe out of the right hand but I think I did a pretty decent job of cutting it off and carving the hand out to look like a proper fist. I was MEGA impressed by the quality of the miniature too. No flash, no moulding lines and a ton of optional arms, heads, legs, weapons etc. (so my other beserker stands a good chance of looking similar but different enough to not look lame) I'll definitely be buying from them again.

Got an old metal one - fantastic figure. If I ever get someone to paint them (as I'm never going to get to them   ) he's going to be the Icepelt Star Player for my Norse team.

Awesome... My only reservation was that the back leg position might mean that it can't be on a standard 40mm base (which I prefer to use for my big guys). If it's in resin though I may just chop up that leg, put some pins in it and green stuff the gaps... I find fur is not normally too hard to replicate with green stuff. And having him squatting on the line would be incredible! He'd look ace!

He is a beast. Fits on the base, but the big arms make him a pain to lay prone. Right scale for a willy team though :)

The pestis are going better than expected.... White, paint-on primer, basecoat skin with Reaper Griffon Tan, shaded up with Reaper Buckskin, then two drybrush coats of citadel Rotting Flesh....

It did look familiar and I was thinking Heresy but had no time to check. Thanks!

Capitán Rioja, special character/kick-off event from the Spanish "Patagonia Cup" tournament.

Shows up on a pitch invasion to help the defending team, has same stats as Pudgy [S]Bacon[/S]Redwinebreath and the special rule "Drunk" (iirc, roll a d6 at the beginning before declaring an action with Capitan Rioja and, on a 1 the wine does its effect: 3x random d8 movement and he falls face down until the end of the drive/half).

Cheers!
