i think that they're all great. just a pity i had to restrict myself to 3. oh well i had to make a cut off at some point.

I think there is at least one mini in the competition, which is exactly the same level as mine

.....so I don't feel too bad. But I also think there are some mini, which I think are not as good as mine

.....I just can hope that I can ever get as good as the top painter here....and I'm working hard to get there

I think the best part was when we showed up to the closing and they asked me for a certified check for $65k and we were supposed to walk away with a little cash in hand...they had the mortgage amount wrong...

I nearly had a freakin heart attack!

I know how that feels....when I bought the house 3 years ago I came to the closing with $600 dollars in cash, because our agent said, that this is roughly the amount we will get back.

First they made a big fuzz about me bringing cash instead of a cashiers check (the copied every single $20 bill

) at the end I would have gotten about $500 back, but instead of giving me the cash back they gave me a cahsiers check, which they had to get first

and I was so glad that I wasn't around when we sold our house last year...our agent said it was horrible, it was not until the last minute that the buyers had enough money on hand!!!!

Glad it's over......still unpacking though

i'll also post who did which model so that you can all see who won on the tbb paintoff bingo that some of you are participating in (in other words trying to work out ho did which mini)
